Project Estimates and Proposals

Any estimates, proposals, or pricing information provided through this Site or during consultations are non-binding and subject to change based on site conditions, material availability, and project scope. A formal contract must be executed before any work begins. All project terms, warranties, and obligations are governed by the specific contract for each project.

Consultation Requests

Submitting a contact form or consultation request through this Site does not create a contractual obligation on either party. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to inquiries within two business days but do not guarantee response times.

SMS/Text Message Terms

If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Bloom and Stone Outdoor Designs LLC, the following terms apply in addition to our Privacy Policy:

Message Types

  • Transactional messages: Appointment confirmations, project status updates, scheduling reminders, and responses to your inquiries
  • Marketing messages: Seasonal promotions, design inspiration, company news, and special offers (only if you have separately opted in to marketing messages)

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Transactional messages are sent as needed (typically 1-4 per month during active projects). Marketing messages, if opted in, are sent no more than 4 times per month.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates from your wireless carrier apply to all text messages sent to and from Bloom and Stone Outdoor Designs LLC. We are not responsible for any carrier fees or charges.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message after opting out, and no further messages will be sent. Opting out of text messages does not affect other communication channels (email, phone).

Our SMS program supports all major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
